Air micrometer is a digital precision comparator type measuring instrument based on the law of physics which state that back pressure is directly proportionate to the clearance (product dimension size) and react inversely each other.

Please compare with the conventional model, it’s possible to measure with a narrow tolerances of accuracy and the actual measurement can be read quickly.

The magnification is 10,20,50,100 and 200μm of measuring range and 5 kinds of line-up by a fixed.

Air is continuously released from gauge head when measuring or at standby. In other hand, reducing the consumption of the air is an important issue.

LaCUT can stop the air released from gauge head by inserting gauge head into the LaCUT, and hence reducing the consumption of air when measurement is at standby mode.
